Let Only

Sourcing the right tenant for your property, this includes advertising and conducting viewings, referencing and completing the contract before passing over to the landlord.

Rent Collect

A service that sits between fully managed and let only, KJB Residential will source and secure a suitable tenant and then collect the rent on a monthly basis with the landlord retaining responsibility for maintenance issues.

HMO Management

KJB Residential are experienced in sourcing tenants and managing HMO and student accommodation. A differing approach is taken to standard residential lettings to ensure that properties are fully occupied.
